Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of BuyerTell. By joining the waitlist or using the service, you agree to them. They're written to be readable — not to bury anything.
1. What BuyerTell is
BuyerTell mines public discussions and reviews for buyer-intent signals and uses an AI model to synthesize daily SaaS idea briefs, delivered to a channel you choose. The ideas and the validation suggestions are informational. They are not business, financial, legal, or investment advice, and we don't guarantee that any idea is original, viable, or profitable. You are responsible for your own decisions and for validating anything before you act on it.
2. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist reserves your place and lets us email you when access opens. It creates no obligation on either side and no charge. Pricing and plan details shown before launch are indicative and may change until the service goes live.
3. Your account and delivery
When you subscribe, you connect a delivery channel (Telegram, Slack, or email). You're responsible for keeping that channel and any access token secure, and for the accuracy of the details you give us. Don't share your access token; treat it like a password.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't resell or redistribute the delivered briefs as your own product.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-abuse, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Don't use BuyerTell for anything unlawful.
5. Ideas, ownership, and open source
The ideas delivered to you are yours to use freely — build them, ignore them, share them. Because they're generated from public signals with AI, we make no claim of exclusivity and can't promise the same idea won't reach someone else. The BuyerTell engine is open source; your use of the source code is governed by its accompanying license, not these terms.
6. Payment and cancellation
Once paid plans are live, subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor on the cycle you choose. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period. We don't provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
7. Availability
We work to deliver a brief every morning, but the service depends on third-party sources and infrastructure and is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyerTell is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or business decisions made based on the ideas. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
9. Termination
You can stop using BuyerTell anytime. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that harms it or others.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator of BuyerTell is established, and disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence says otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
